GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 – Preamble
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms of sale between Stereo Goods, a company with a capital of €300.00, registered with the Bayonne Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is located at 23 avenue du rayon vert – 64600 Anglet, hereinafter referred to as “Stereo Goods,” and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website stereogoods.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer” or “the Buyer.”
By placing an order on the website stereogoods.com, the Customer unconditionally accepts these GTC.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale on the website are those listed on the platform at the time of the order, subject to availability. Stereo Goods reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Stereo Goods shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in this description.

Article 3 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Stereo Goods reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 – Ordering
To place an order, the Customer must follow the online procedure, select their products, and confirm their order by paying the total amount. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
Stereo Goods confirms the order by sending a confirmation email.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other method indicated on the website. Payment is secured by a payment service provider. The order is only considered accepted after payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times given for informational purposes only do not constitute a firm commitment. In the event of a delay, no compensation may be claimed as long as the delay is not attributable to Stereo Goods.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except for promotional offers or special agreements.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has 7 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Article 8 – Warranty
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with current legal provisions. Stereo Goods shall not be held liable for misuse or normal wear and tear of the product.

Article 9 – Liability
Stereo Goods shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may result from the use of the products, nor for any inaccuracies or omissions in the product description.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Stereo Goods or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts of Paris shall have express jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Personal Data
The personal data collected during the order process is required to manage the business relationship. They may be processed in accordance with the Stereo Goods privacy policy, available on the site.
